The German stock market has been surprisingly stable over the past few days. The prophecies of doom about a bull trap have not come true so far. Now DAX and Co could take it a little easier. In the leading index, a not unimportant chart trend line is also coming into focus. The weekly outlook.
On Friday afternoon, the DAX climbed just above the much-noticed mark of 13,800 points several times and ended up only slightly below it. Ultimately, the leading index gained 0.7 percent to 13,796 points, reaching its highest closing level since June 10. On a weekly basis, the stock market barometer increased by 1.6 percent. In the after-hours trading, the Late-DAX with the friendly Wall Street behind it jumped the mark of 13,800 points a little more clearly.
