U.S. stocks have already bottomed out and are in a rising phase, Yardeni Research Inc. president and chief investment strategist told Bloomberg TV. Edward Yardeni.

„Finding a bottom in the stock market is never an easy task, but I’ll try,” he said on air. „The key is the reporting season, and so far it’s going relatively well. The stock market is holding up pretty well.”

Yardeni is in the minority with his optimistic views on the future path of US stocks. Most analysts fear that the indices will continue to fall amid rising interest rates and the risks of a recession in the US.
